THE WORD AYAHUASCA:

Effects of Ayahuasca:

After about 30 minutes after having ingested the medicine, the participant will have a different perception in her body and she will feel something disoriented, as something similar to the effect of the alcohol.

IMPORTANT:
Strict diets to participate in a Ceremony of Ayahuasca
One day to three days before the ceremony:

- Not to eat meats, fish or shellfish of any type
- Not citric (lemon, grapefruit, orange, mandarin, pineapple, kiwi, maracuyá) fruits
- Non pills neither chemical medications of any class
- Not to smoke any type of tobacco
- Not to ingest any type of alcohol
- Not to consume any type of legal drugs or not
- Not to have sex of any class
- The women that are in menstrual, pregnant or suckling period, to ABSTAIN.
- People with heart problems, to ABSTAIN.

The DAY OF THE CEREMONY:

- Strict diet
- In the morning, you will only be able to ingest papaya juice
- And after the juice, you will only ingest water and nothing else, during the whole day, until the hour of the CEREMONY OF AYAHUASCA.

THEN OF THE DAY OF THE CEREMONY:

- Not to consume alcoholic drinks, at least until a whole day after the ceremony
- To rest to be able to recover energies lost in the previous night
- As for the feeding, you will be able to return to their normal diet.
- In the event of a cure ceremony with the Plant Medicinal Teacher (more than two takings), the diet will begin 15 days before the ceremony.
