SUMMARY :

Chichubamba, is to the outskirts of the city from Urubamba to 78 km of the you take care imperial of Cusco, in the halfway point of the Sacred Valley of the Inca, at 20 minutes of Ollantaytambo and 30 of Pisac. ITINERARY :

Day 1:
CUSCO - IT TRACES - LAGOON DE QAN QAN

We leave early to travel in car for 1 hour to the town of it Traces. During this day we will walk approximately 6 hours in ascent until arriving at the Lagoon Qan Qan (4190 m.s.n.m.) where will camp.

Day 2:
LAGOON DE QAN QAN

After the breakfast we will begin our trekking to know the surroundings. We will visit the pre-Inca constructions of the time Killke (year 800 D.C.) as well as you dam and Inca channels. Then we will ascend for 2 hours to the lagoon of Pitusiray to see the Snowy of Pitusiray and the monolith of Qan closely Qan. Day 3:
LAGOON DE QAN QAN - CUSCO

THE LEGEND DE PITUSIRAY AND SAWASIRAY

Orqo Waranqa, curaca of the town of Urco, had a daughter of called extraordinary beauty Pitusiray, princess of the yungas. The youth had you in love with a comely one well-known as Sawasiray. At the moment, behind it Traces two they appear snowy that they are Pitusiray and Sawasiray, and Kuntisiray is behind the two mountains.
